Recessed mounted Tie-Down Ring measures 4-1/2 inches square and attaches to floor or wall of trucks and enclosed trailers. Formed 1/8" steel pan houses a ductile iron ring. Use with 801-BP backing plate for added strength (sold separately). Zinc plated to resist corrosion. Rated 2,000 pounds working load limit.
- Per federal D.O.T. requirements, working load limit is 1/3 of the rated capacity
- Formed 1/8" steel pan houses a ductile iron ring
- 3-5/8" diameter hole with 7/8" clearance below surface is required
- Square mounting holes for use with 3/8-16 x 2-1/4" carriage bolts (not included)
- Ultimate breaking strength: 6,000 lbs.
- Do not use for lifting
- Mounting hardware and backing plate sold separately
