At RV Trader Accessories Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Whether it is a fitment issue or a change of mind, our team is dedicated to making your return or exchange as smooth as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to include in the box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
